I was shown data visualizations that simply explained the best time of the year to purchase a house - for example price degradation based on days on market, seasonal market trends and local demographic data. Really exciting information, and it shows how dedicated they are to research and helping you making informed decisions. Gravity Real Estate Group has exceeded all of my expectations.
